Hello and welcome to the very lucrative world of JUDICIAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY - also known as "Processing Money Judgments" and/or "Money Judgment Recovery". By any name the JUDICIAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY industry is a huge untapped market. The money which lies untapped within, grows annually by leaps and bounds. Today it stands at approximately $2 Billion. It is one of, if not, the best home based business opportunities. Very few know about it, which makes it the perfect time to get in. With very little, if any, competition in your area, you will most likely be the only one offering this service in and around your area.
You don’t need a higher education or experience to succeed in Judicial Judgment Recovery. You don’t need sales experience of any kind. You don’t need to meet your clients face to face. Everything can be done by mail, fax, or email. The occasional trip to the public records department, in your local courthouse, is your only venture outdoors. What exactly is JUDICIAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY?

It's when one person (the plaintiff), sues another person (the defendant), in small claims court, and wins the case. That is, the court proclaimed the plaintiff the winner and the court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff a said dollar amount. So now the plaintiff is awarded a piece of paper proclaiming them a judgment winner. But are they really the winner? The easy part was winning the case. Now comes the difficult part, and that is getting the defendant to actually pay-up.
You see, the court cannot collect the money for the judgment winners. It is actually up to the judgment winners to collect their own judgments. But with no pressure to pay-up from the courts, and with the plaintiffs not knowing how to collect their winnings, the defendants, in 80% of the cases, walk away without ever paying the judgment.
Why is it so difficult for the judgment winners to collect their court awarded judgments? The primary reason is because they do not have the proper training. They do not know where to begin to collect what’s owed them. Let’s face it, how many people do you know that are trained to recover money judgments? Not many, if any. They don’t teach this type of stuff in school.
So what are the options? Most plaintiffs turn to a lawyer or a collection agency. But both will, in most cases, cost them more money than the judgment is worth. So the plaintiff gives up. They’ve wasted enough time and money. They move on knowing that they will never see a dime of their money. Their name is now added to the thousands of others who have given up trying to collect their money. Now you see why approximately 80% of court awarded judgments are never recovered.

I will show you how to pick the ones that show a potential for a higher return while staying away from the cases that show little or no income potential.

As stated earlier, you do not need any type of license. Since the client will be signing over their judgments to you on a contingency basis, you will, in essence, be collecting your own judgments, and you don’t need a license for that.
